Speaking as a client, The Marmite Collective has been and likely will be the most organized and professional group of EVE PvPers I have ever seen.
Flawless autonomy: Their skill in solo fights allows for fast response time and quick-and-dirty opportunity kills, but when they travel in a pack, they have the smooth organization of a single entity, with the intel and counter-intel skills of an OpSec.
Professional: No bragging, no bigtalk, they let their works speak volumes. Whether popping 40 ships in a single evening or being the lone pilot in a one-on-five fight playing for keeps, I never see any ego-stroking, just a smooth confidence from players looking for the next challenge, and having a great time doing it
From my experiences with them, they value honor over ISK, they are in it for the fights. I will be a regular client of The Marmite Collective, not just for their services, but also for the awe of watching them do battle.

Marmite sucks. They gank my jump freighter but when I bring actual fleet to fight they run away. They only want easy highsec gank and are too scared of real man PVP in nullsec.

Highsec pubbies are all the same. In fact, the corp that killed my JF used to be in whores in space until they jumped ship because they were so bad at EVE. There is no careful planning, just tons of neutral logi and sebo'd gate camps. I know some people that do HS work and I would hardly call what they do "careful planning."

It doesn't matter. I was in HS and had my safety on. They should not have been able to kill me so I am not sure what happened other than exploit.
